  7. Sandra S. Vera Brazilian Studies-Latino Studies says:

I was fortunate to have met Dr. Hudson and able to attend the Saturday Academy, what a great project. I was also lucky enough to travel to Brazil to study thanks to the program Dr. Hudson spearheaded. My most sincere condolences to his wife, family and friends. He was very active in many organizations and always ready to help anywhere he saw the need. He will be greatly missed around Louisville and the University campus, by family and friends. He will be looking down from heaven and guiding those who are here following his teachings and footsteps.
